Apocalypse of Moses / Greek Life of Adam and Eve (eng)
15
1 Then Eve says to them: “Listen, all my children and the children of my children, and I will tell you how the enemy deceived us.2 It happened while we were guarding paradise – each of us guarded the area allotted to him or her by God; I, for my part, guarded the south and the west in my portion –3 that the devil entered Adam’s portion, where the animals were. For God had divided the animals among us: he gave all the males to your father and all the females to me.”
